Bridging late Jugendstil and Art Deco, this vase was hand-blown in colorless glass, overlaid with dense layers of silver-yellow glass and light and dark green powdered glass. Two applied handles accent the sides. Evocative of a lush summer forest after rain, the piece is finished with a soft lustrous iridescence. Not attributed.
